Weekend Programming Funds have been established to provide monetary assistance for targeted weekend events at Muskingum University. This OrgSync form includes all information needed to request money from this fund. The request must be submitted at least one week prior to the event date. This form submits to Susan Waryck, Associate Dean of Students, TOC Student Life.

Muskie Preview Leaders need to be energetic, positive, love Muskingum and want to work with incoming students!

Dates required are: May 27-June 7, with little time off.  Pay is $300, paid after all sessions are completed. 

GPA must meet minimum standard of 2.5 at the end of Spring Semester.  If not, alternates may be used. 

Must have a clean judicial record.  By completing this application, you agree to allow Kerry Guerard to check your GPA and judicial record.

Due to copyright laws, groups and organizations who want to show a movie on campus must have the rights to that movie. Movie rights can be purchased through Swank Motion Pictures. If you are looking for a specific movie, and it is not listed, please contact Amber Zifzal (azifzal@muskingum.edu) to discuss possible options.

The license to show a film can range from $300-$700 depending on the film, it’s popularity, and release date. Funding may be available to student groups to help purchase the license to show a film. To request funding, see Susan Waryck (shogland@muskingum.edu) with questions or requests.

This form must be completed at minimum, 10 business days prior to the event.  This will insure that the movie can be ordered and will arrive before the date of showing.

As you are planning the details of your event, if you are planning on using the CenterBoard equiptment that is located in the Chess Social Hall, a student media technician will set up and tear down all equipment.  You will also be charged a nominal fee for this service.  Groups are not permitted to use the equipment without prior approval of the CenterBoard Advisor, Amber Zifzal.    

Advisors - Please complete this form each academic year. Student groups need to submit both the Student Organization Registration Form and the Student Organization Advisor Agreement.

This is the form to be used for all special event funding requests to Student Senate. This form is separate from the Budget Allocations form and is to be used when funding is sought any time during the acedemic semester for special events only. This form must be submitted at least one week before the senate meeting at which the funding will be sought.
